Rally credentials are non-transferrable. Motorhomes with one person may deduct $25 from the stated registration. Children under 12 are free. Registrations received after Sept. 4, 2013, will be held at Will Call. Early arrival starts Sunday, Sept. 8. To arrive early, the "early parking" fee must be paid when registering. Camping fee includes four nights (Wednesday, Sept. 11, through Saturday, Sept. 14). Cancellations: Refunds will be made if written request is received by Sept. 7, 2013. Badges and confirmation material must be returned with cancellation request. Refund requests received after Sept. 7, 2013, will be handled on an individual basis. A $20 cancellation fee applies.
