REGISTRATION AND GENERAL INFORMATION

The TOTS, TWEENS, PRE-TEENS, and TATS Centers and the Youth Program Registration Table are located in the lower level of the Public Service Building. Follow the arrows for the appropriate Youth Centers and the Youth Program Registration Table locations. The last chance to sign up for an activity is 4 p.m. on Friday, July 18. Requests for cancellations and refunds must also be made no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, July 18.

Parents (or guardians) must accompany TATS, PRE-TEENS, TWEENS, and TOTS for registration and must complete the administrative forms in order for their children to participate in the activities or visit the Youth Centers.

The Youth Bus Stop is located near the Youth Centers and will be appropriately marked. Transportation for all youth activities held at locations off the fairgrounds will depart from and return to the Youth Bus Stop. Please report to the bus stop 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time so all children can be accounted for prior to departure.

If your child has not been given permission for unsupervised movement around the fairgrounds, you must bring them to the appropriate Youth Center for check-in 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. The children will be taken to the bus stop by the Youth Center supervisors. If you meet the bus on its scheduled return and your child was checked in at the Youth Center before the trip, the child must be taken to the Youth Center and checked out before the child leaves the area.

If the weather permits, there will be outdoor equipment available for check-out by youth who are authorized unsupervised movement. The outdoor equipment includes volleyballs and nets, Frisbees, soccer balls, footballs, and a rope for tug-of-war.
