CONVENTION CASH
Watch out for the "Surprise Patrol," which will be randomly
rewarding members for participating in various events during FMCA's
74th International Convention. Prizes awarded will be in the form of
cash certificates that may be redeemed at participating exhibitors.

Stretch and strength workout sessions are presented by Wayne and
Dahelia Hunt, F235156. These health, , and resistance-training
specialists have been full-time RVers since 1995, and are
health-wellness-fitness-performance educators and national
presenters with more than 25 years of experience in their field.
TravelFit and Professional Fitness Instructor Training are in
association with the American College of Integrative Medicine. Wayne
and Dahelia are directors of the Health Fitness Performance
Institute in Houston, Texas. is medicine.
Join the Hunts for stretch and strength programs with a Pilates
influence. It's good for the entire body by developing overall
functional strength and balance. It will include training for
cardio, back, shoulders, and knees. Energize your day and burn
calories!

Come and see the children's quilts made and donated by On-Road
Quilters. Fifty quilts will be donated to the Anne Carlsen Center
for Children in Jamestown, North Dakota. The remaining will be
distributed by the Minot Prairie Quilt Guild as part of their
ongoing project.
RED HAT TEA

which doesn't go, and doesn't suit me ... But maybe I ought to go
practice a little now." Ladies, take these words from the poem
"Warning," by Jenny Joseph, and join in on the fun of FMCA's own
version of the Red Hat Society. Wear your red hat, purple dress, and
bring your favorite tea cup. Iced tea and refreshments will be
served. A $1 donation will be collected at the sign-up table in the
Information Center in the Lower Atrium of the North Dakota State
Fair Center beginning Monday, August 15, at 7:00 a.m.

SHOPPING SHUTTLE
The City of Minot will be providing a "Shopping" bus route to FMCA
attendees during the 74th International Convention. This route will
include stops at the following retail establishments: Town & Country
Shopping Center, Dakota Square Mall, Market Place Foods, Miracle
Mart Grocery Store, Wal-Mart, and Kmart. The "Shopping" bus route
will pick up and drop off at Gate A. FMCA daily bus passes can be
purchased on the buses and cost $3 a day. These passes are good for
use on any of the Minot city bus routes. Please visit the Minot
information booth in the Information Center for a listing of
additional city bus routes.

SURPRISE PATROL
Watch out! The FMCA "Surprise Patrol" will be looking for members
having fun around the convention grounds. Surprise Patrol members
may be spotted in seminar rooms, exhibits areas, entertainment
locations, and even on trams, rewarding members with special $5 to
$20 cash certificates that may be redeemed at participating indoor
exhibitors.
