AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHS
Aerial photographs of the convention will be available in the
Information Center located in McGill Marketplace and in the FMCA
Store, booths #715, 717, 719, 721, and 723, located in the
Multipurpose Building. Color 8x10 photographs will be available for
$10 as soon as possible, depending on the weather.
AREA RALLY BOOTH
Learn more about FMCA’s area organizations and their events. Plan
your travels to include one of the 10 area rallies. FMCA area vice
presidents will be on hand to assist your planning with dates and
locations. FMCA’s Area Rally booth, #734, will be located in the
supplier exhibits in the Multipurpose Building (see program map).

Attendees may withdraw cash using Discover, VISA, and MasterCard at
ATM machines that are connected to all of the major networks,
including AFFN, Cirrus, Interlink, Maestro, Plus Worldwide, and

CHAPTER MEETINGS
You may sign up at the FMCA Information Center in McGill Marketplace
to use one of the seminar rooms for chapter activities. Please use
the rooms and enjoy, but be advised that each area must be returned
to its original condition before your chapter activity ends. That
way, each of the areas will be ready to use for seminars or other
activities following your meeting. We appreciate your cooperation.
CHAPTER SERVICES BOOTH
Come chat with a staff member from the National Office Chapter
Services Department who will explain the services provided to
chapters; or if you’re curious, she will help you find a chapter
that caters to your interests. FMCA’s Chapters Booth, #732, will be
located among the supplier exhibits in the Multipurpose Building
(see program map).
CLASS B/C AREA
At this year’s "Georgia Jubilee" convention, be sure to check out
the Class B/C Area, located in the coach display area spaces #1946,
1959, 1960, 1974-1980, and 2059 (see program map). Many type B and
type C motorhome manufacturers will have coaches on display for
those interested in downsizing or for the first-time RV buyer. Many
new and exciting features are displayed on these motor coaches. In
this area you’ll discover coaches with all the comforts,
conveniences, and quality found in larger motorhomes. As you look
inside these coaches, you’ll see more luxurious standards and
optional features than you ever thought possible in a smaller coach!

The McGill Marketplace will serve as your cyber launching pad during
FMCA's "Georgia Jubilee" convention. Thanks to Beaudry RV, C902, an

your e-mail messages, get on-line with one of the computers
provided, or go wireless.
If you bring your laptop to the Beaudry RV CyberCafé, please be sure
to bring your cables with you. Did you forget your laptop in your
coach? No problem. Computers will be available with free Internet
access. Please be courteous and keep your browsing to 15 minutes if
others are waiting to use the terminals. Those with Web-based e-mail
accounts may access their e-mail.
Feel like going wireless? The Beaudry RV CyberCafé will have just
what you are looking for to make the Wi-Fi connection. You’ll find
Jim and Chris Guld, F349932, of GeeksonTour.com hanging out in the
CyberCafe when they are not presenting seminars.
The Beaudry RV CyberCafé will be open on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,
and Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Computer Help Desk
As part of the Beaudry RV CyberCafé, a computer help desk will be
staffed by knowledgeable members of the Bits & Bytes chapter in
McGill Marketplace. The Help Desk will be open Tuesday, Wednesday,
and Thursday, March 20, 21, and 22, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Volunteers will be available to assist you with your Internet
connection. Obtain information about communicating on the road and
about the various Internet service providers. Discuss your computer
problems with the Help Desk staff. There may be a simple solution to
your problem.

DUMP STATIONS
Septic trucks from A&K Portable Toilets will be available to empty
holding tanks for a charge of $20 for the service.
If you wish to have your coach serviced by a roving septic truck,
you may purchase a ''septic'' window sign for your coach from A&K
Portable Toilets in the FMCA Information Center located in McGill
Marketplace. Hours when you may purchase the septic signs are 8:00
a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday,
March 19, 20, 21, and 22. Place it in the street side, most visible
window of your coach.
Remember to leave your coach commode valve
open when your holding tank is being emptied so there is no danger
of collapsing your holding tanks.
A&K Portable Toilets is FMCA's official
septic company and the only company authorized to furnish individual
coach service to attendees parked at this convention. Please contact
FMCA security or the convention office staff if another company
attempts to provide this service in the family parking areas.
If you desire to empty your own holding tank, go to the dump
stations located near the East Gate. (See grounds map.) These dump
stations will be available 24 hours per day at no fee.
EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
FIRE, POLICE, MEDICAL EMERGENCIES/AMBULANCES:
Call 911
When you call the emergency number, 911, tell the dispatcher your
location. If you do not have immediate access to a telephone, please
send someone to the Information Center in McGill Marketplace. He or
she may need to meet the emergency vehicle and lead it to the site
of the emergency.
To aid emergency personnel in locating the
site of an emergency in a parking area, persons needing help should
turn on their motorhome's emergency flashers and sound their horns.
Fire Emergency
In the event of a motorhome fire emergency, please evacuate by foot.
Do not attempt to move your motorhome, because this may present a
dangerous situation for fire equipment attempting to enter the area,
as well as for others attempting to evacuate on foot.
First Aid Station
The Georgia National Fairgrounds and Agricenter First Aid Station is
located in the Clock Tower. Look for the cross on the convention
maps. The first aid station will be open 24 hours a day beginning
8:00 a.m. Saturday, March 17, through 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 23.

The numbers that follow may be given to friends or relatives so you
may be contacted while at FMCA's "Georgia Jubilee" convention. You
must, however, be sure to fill out a locator card and return it to
the Information Center so you can be found in case of an emergency.

EXHIBITS
Exhibit hours for FMCA's 77th International Convention will be from
3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. for the ''Motorhome Preview'' on Monday,
March 19. Supplier exhibits and motorhome exhibits will be open
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, March 20, 21, and 22, from 8:30
a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Please see the "Exhibitor Information" section
of this program for locations and booth numbers of all exhibitors.
Families — Hazardous conditions (forklifts,
cranes, trucks, and trailers) exist in the exhibit areas prior to
the Motorhome Preview. Please help reduce the risk of injury by not
entering the coach exhibit area before 3:00 p.m. on Monday, March
19. It is difficult to finalize displays with visitors present.

EXITS
On parking days — Saturday, March 17; Sunday, March 18; and Monday,
March 19 — please do not attempt to exit the convention grounds via
the way you entered. To do so would cause major traffic problems, as
other families are moving into their final parking spots. Your
cooperation is appreciated.
EXTENDING YOUR STAY
If you need to extend your stay in the Perry area, please check in
at the East Gate Security Building. The charge is the normal daily
rate of $22 for 30-amp service, and $35 for 50-amp service. You will
be directed where to park. Space is limited.
EYEGLASS COLLECTION
There will be a special collection box located at the Information
Center in McGill Marketplace for used eyeglasses. Your contribution,
which benefits the Lions' Foundation Eye Program, will be
appreciated. Please leave your donated eyeglasses in the collection
box before 12:00 p.m. on Thursday.
FMCA STORE
FMCA will be selling logo apparel in Perry including shirts, hats,
and jackets. Hash marks, hat pins, and aerial photographs for this
convention also will be available. FMCA's 4th Edition of the North
American Road Atlas & Travel Guide will be for sale. The FMCA Store
is located in booths #715, 717, 719, 721, and 723 in the
Multipurpose Building.

For coaches parked in family lots, garbage will be picked up daily.

not leave bags of garbage at your campsite upon leaving. We
appreciate your cooperation.
GENERATORS
The running of generators in general parking areas is restricted to
between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Families who prefer
"no generator" or "full generator" parking may inquire at the
Information Center in McGill Marketplace after 8:00 a.m. on Sunday,
March 18, about availability.
GOLF CARTS
A limited number of authorized golf carts will be available for rent
through FMCA's show decorator, Hale Expo Services, C974, on a
first-come, first-served basis and are primarily for family members
with mobility issues. The Hale Expo Services Office will be located
in the Sheep Barn 1 Show Office, north of the Jayco Daytime
Entertainment Stage. Prices for two passenger for four days, $320;
and four passenger for four days, $360.
HANDICAPPED INFORMATION
Handicapped members have been parked as close as possible to all
activity centers to facilitate access.
Handicapped Golf Cart Service
Golf cart transportation will be provided for those members who have
registered for the handicapped parking areas. FMCA golf cart service
will transport those members parked in the handicapped lots (Lots H,
H-1, H-2, & H-3) to and from their coaches to the activity centers.
Handicapped members who choose to park in family parking lots may
use the FMCA golf cart service to travel inside the activity areas
and to and from the main tram station only. Handicap transportation
to and from the family parking areas is not available.
Handicapped members parked in the family parking lots who wish to
avail themselves of this service must go to the Information Desk in
McGill Marketplace to obtain a sticker to affix to their convention
name badge. This is the golf cart drivers' only means of identifying
you.

LOCAL INFORMATION
The Perry Area Convention & Visitors Bureau will have
representatives at the FMCA Information Center in McGill Marketplace
Sunday through Thursday to answer your questions regarding local
sites, tours, directions, restaurants, and services such as beauty
shops, grocery stores, laundries, gas stations, and repair shops.
Many of our Southeast Area Information Center host volunteers will
be on hand to help answer your questions.
LOCATOR CARDS
The locator card that you received in your packet is our only way of
finding you in the parking area should you need to be located for an
emergency. Blank cards are available at the holding area
registration office or at the Information Center in McGill
Marketplace. Please be sure to fill out a locator card and turn it
in. Locator card collection boxes will be available at the
Information Center and at the Coffee Hour area.
LOST AND FOUND
Be sure to turn in any "found" items at the FMCA Information Center
in McGill Marketplace. FMCA endeavors to return any found items to
the rightful owners. After the convention, a list of "found" items
not claimed will be printed in Family Motor Coaching
magazine before the items are donated to charity.

As a service to FMCA attendees, a daily newsletter will be

Don't want to carry around those great purchases you made at the
supplier exhibits? A package check will be available Tuesday,

leash at all times. Please use discretion. Walk pets as far away
from coaches as possible, and be sure to clean up after them. Pets

service. Should an exhibitor in which you are interested not be
listed below, you may inquire about service at their exhibit booth.
Please be advised that service at the FMCA convention is limited,
and some exhibitors may direct you to firms outside the grounds for
service. Exhibitors that are offering the services of a service
vehicle request that you make an appointment with their service
personnel at the FMCA Service Center.
For your protection, approved service
vehicles will have yellow or green credentials with "Service"
designations. Any vehicles without credentials providing service in
family parking areas should be reported to FMCA security. All sales
transactions must be restricted to the Service Center area or a
registered exhibitor's booth.
Please note that a list of local service firms will be available at

available for your use prior to the opening of FMCA's Service Center

Trams will run continually from the parking areas to and around the
activity centers. The trams will run on Sunday, March 18, from 8:00

March 19, 20, 21, and 22, from 6:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The tram transfer station at Georgia National Fairgrounds &
Agricenter will be located at the Clock Tower. If convention
registrants wish to visit any area of the grounds, they may transfer
at the transfer station to a tram that regularly travels to the
desired area. Tram routes will service the parking lots (see program
map).
Please note: With few exceptions, trams will
remain on hard surface roads throughout the parking areas. Please
proceed to established tram stops along the roadways to board the
trams.

Handicapped members parked in the family parking lots who wish to
avail themselves of this service, please go to the Information Desk
in McGill Marketplace and have a sticker affixed to your convention
name badge. This is the golf cart drivers' only means of identifying
you.
Additional six-person golf carts will roam the seminar and exhibit
areas, providing shuttle service for other convention attendees and
guests.
VEHICLE TRAFFIC
Family member vehicle traffic is restricted to the family parking
areas only. No family member vehicle traffic is permitted in the
exhibits/convention activity areas.
Please remember that golf carts must have lights if used after dark.
All motor vehicles, mopeds, motorbikes, and three-wheelers must be
operated by licensed drivers only. Please remember
that pedestrians always have the right-of-way.
While we wish for you to have an enjoyable time on the grounds, we
also are concerned about your safety. Please be courteous when
operating golf carts, mopeds, scooters, and other motorized vehicles
around the grounds. Members and guests who continue to operate these
vehicles in an unsafe manner after being warned will be asked to
cease the use of these vehicles. Continued violations may result in
removal from the fairgrounds.
The speed limit for mopeds, motorbikes, golf
carts and bicycles is 5 mph while on Georgia National Fairgrounds
and Agricenter property. This speed limit will be strictly enforced.
WATER
Water is located at the Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agricenter
near the permanent dump station inside the East Gate. (See grounds
map for exact location.)
WEATHER ALERT
A loud audible siren will alert you to the possibility of severe
weather in the Perry area. The strongest shelters on the grounds of
the Georgia National Fairgrounds and Agricenter are the restroom
facilities found throughout the grounds and in the buildings. The
strongest building is the Reaves Arena away from the glass doors. If
severe weather occurs after activities end for the day, every effort
will be made to unlock all the facilities.
WHEELCHAIRS
A limited number of wheelchairs will be available at the Information
Center in McGill Marketplace. Wheelchairs are on loan to FMCA
members at no charge. You will be required, however, to leave a
deposit (credit card number), your name, and membership number. All
wheelchairs must be returned to the FMCA Information Center in
McGill Marketplace no later than 9:30 p.m. Thursday evening. Please
check in wheelchairs with the security guard so your account is not
charged. Your credit card account will be charged for the
replacement cost of the wheelchair if it is not returned.
