FMCA's "Formula for Fun" motorhome convention will be held Aug. 27 to 30 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds. Here is a list of rallies that motorhome owners might want to attend before or after the FMCA event.
American Coach chapter pre-rally
FMCA's American Coach chapter will hold a pre-rally Aug. 21 to 25 at the Little Farm on the River RV Resort in Rising Sun, Ind.
The annual Swiss Wine Festival is being held Aug. 23 to 26 in nearby Vevay, Ind.

From the pre-rally location in Rising Sun, it's only a shade over 100 miles to the 2012 FMCA Family Reunion and Motorhome Showcase in Indianapolis.

Bounder-Roos rally
FMCA's Bounder-Roos chapter will hold a "rally within a rally," Aug. 23 to 26, at the Indiana State Fairgrounds, immediately before FMCA's Formula for Fun convention. This is a rally for owners of Fleetwood Bounder motorhomes.
The Bounder-Roos will be parked at the North Campground of the fairgrounds and a chapter activity room will be included. Dry camping sites are available as well as a limited number of electric full hookup sites. Please call for availability.

CAT RV Club pre-rally
CAT RV Club, and FMCA chapter, will hold a Lazy Days of Summer Amish Adventures rally, Aug. 15 to 20, at the Goshen County Fairgrounds in Goshen, Ind.
Registrations are limited; registrations received after the first 60 will be placed on a waiting list and moved up in the order the registration was received.
Rally price includes full hookups, 50-amp service, five nights of camping, five dinners, four cocktail hours, and three full breakfasts and one continental breakfast.
A golf tournament will be held. Plus, enjoy an entire day set aside for sightseeing.

Cummins Post-FMCA rally
Cummins will host the "Come Home Rally" Sept. 4 to 7, 2012, at Ceraland in Columbus, Indiana, approximatley 45 miles south of Indianapolis. The rally is for owners of motorhomes powered by a Cummins engine.
Ceraland is a corporate recreation facility owned and operated by the Cummins Employees Recreation Association.
The come Home Rally is sponsored by Cummins, Ceraland and the Columbus City Visitors Center. Rally registration fees include three nights of camping, meals, entertainment, and Cummins tours and presentations. The organizers have plans to make this a special event for all attendees.

Freightliner Chassis Owners Club pre-rally
The Freightliner Chassis Owners Club, an FMCA chapter, will hold a pre-rally Aug. 20 to 24 at the Elkhart County 4-H Fairground in Goshen, Ind.
Activities include games, a nightly social, and musical entertainment by the Conley-Schmidt Show.
Goshen is located approximately 150 miles north of Indianapolis.

Monaco International pre-rally
Monaco International will hold the “Heartland of America” pre-rally Aug. 21 to 25 at the Clark County Fairgrounds in Springfield, Ohio. This rally is open to all motorhome owners.
Rally price includes four breakfast/dinners, social hour, entertainment, seminars, vendors, suppliers, new coach display and fun and games.

Newmar International chapter will hold a pre-rally Aug. 21 to 24 at the Tipton Fairgrounds in Tipton, Ind.
