Step 2: Obtain Meetingmax confirmation. Once you have made your reservation it is a confirmed reservation. However, it may take several days for the hotel to process your reservation. Once that occurs, you will receive an e-mail confirmation via Meetingmax.
If you need to cancel or make a change to your reservation, please do not contact the hotel directly. For changes and cancellations on an existing reservation, please refer to the link provided at the bottom of your Meetingmax confirmation e-mail.
Step 1: Mail or fax the hotel reservation form (PDF) request to the FMCA Housing Bureau by Friday, July 1, 2011.
Note: Online housing reservations have first priority. Mailed or faxed forms will not be processed for 24 to 48 hours.
