The Madison Convention and Visitors Bureau will handle all hotel reservations for exhibitors. To receive special FMCA rates, hotel reservations must be arranged through the online housing system Meetingmax. Reservations will NOT be accepted directly through the hotels. Make reservations online, or return the hotel reservation form via mail or fax. |
