FMCA National Vice President, Southeast Area

Ralph Marino, F111272

Ralph and his wife, Sue, joined FMCA in 1988. Ralph was elected national vice president, Southeast Area, in 2011.

He and Sue formed the Constitution Cruisers chapter in the Northeast Area in 1991, and Ralph served as the chapter's national director for four years. After purchasing a Blue Bird motorhome, the Marinos joined the Blue Bird chapter, and in 1998 Ralph was elected national director, a position he held for five years. In 2003 and 2004 he served on the chapter's bylaws committee.

The Marinos moved to Florida, and in 2003 they founded the Lake Ashton Travelers chapter, for which Ralph served as national director from 2004 to 2011. In all, Ralph has attended 17 Governing Board meetings as a national director or temporary delegate.

While living in the Northeast Area, Ralph chaired the door prize committee and served on the parking layout committee and audit committee for Northeast Area rallies.

For the Southeast Area, Ralph served as a parking volunteer at the SEA Rally from 2004-2006. He served as a regional vice president in the SEA Association from 2007 to 2011 and was in charge of the rally's trams, security, safety, and handicap carts.

Ralph has been a member of FMCA's Parking Layout chapter since 2004. He served on FMCA's Governmental and Legislative Affairs Committee from 2005 to 2006 and on the Long-Range and Development Committee from 2009 to 2011. He served on the Policy and Procedure Committee for 2011-2012 and has served on the Convention Committee since 2011.

During a career in operations management, Ralph has been employed by trucking companies and in warehouse distribution operations, holding positions as warehouse manager, traffic manager, and certified commercial driving instructor. He is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran.
