- Motorhomes with one person may deduct $25 from the stated registration.
- Registrations received after August 31, 2012, will be held at Will Call.
- Early arrival starts Sunday, September 23. To arrive early, the "early parking" fee must be paid when registering.
- Sunday arrival limited to the first 150 who register and pay the early arrival fee.
- Camping fee includes four nights (Wednesday, September 26, through Saturday, September 29).
- Handicap registration requires being parked in the handicap area, which includes 30-amp electric.
- Refunds by written request if received by September 16, 2012, Badges and confirmation material must be returned with cancellation request. Refunds after September 16, 2012, will be handled on an individual basis. A $20 cancellation fee applies.
