Registrations received after 5/14/09 will be held at Will Call. Cancellation refund, minus $10 and any unappropriated portions such as electric and meals per Association Policy, will be provided if written notice, including rally credentials, is received by mail to FMCA ATTN: Northwest Area Rally 8291 Clough Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45244-2796 before May 25, 2009. Parking dates will be June 2nd & 3rd, 2009 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. NO EARLY Arrivals. NO EXCEPTIONS. If groups want to park together they MUST arrive together.
