Refunds will be made only upon written request and only if request is received by March 10, 2010. Badges and parking credentitals must be returned with the cancellation request. All cancellations are subject to a $10 handling fee. Electric cancelled on or prior to February 12, 2010, will be refunded in full; electric cancelled after February 12, 2010, and on or before March 3, 2010, will be refunded at 50%. Electric service is 30 amps. An additional 10-gauge electric cord may be necessary if your motorhome cord does not reach the provided temporary 30-amp receptacle. Electric spaces are available on first-registered/first-served basis at an additional $175. Parking overnight in the Holding Area, and at all other areas arranged by FMCA that may be considered off-site parking, prior to the date of admittance identified on your "date of entry" credential, is permitted for $15 per night — payable on-site. No meals included. Exhibits, seminars and daytime entertainment at Expo New Mexico. Evening entertainment and family parking at Balloon Fiesta Park, 10 miles from fairgrounds. Air-conditioned shuttle service provided. Coffee Hour at both locations. Pets are permitted only in family parking areas and must be kept on a leash at all times. Pets are not allowed in activity centers, exhibit areas or seminars. Your cooperation is appreciated. |
