Most FMCA members drive to the conventions in their motorhomes and stay on-site, having pre-registered for the event. The public is welcome to join in the excitement as well, by purchasing a pass at the public gate.
Daily admission for exhibits and daytime entertainment is typically $7 per person; children 12 and under are admitted free with an accompanying adult. A Daily Passport that provides admittance to the exhibits, seminars and daytime and evening entertainment also is available. If you are interested in purchasing a motorhome for the first time, we recommend that you attend the seminar titled “Selecting the Right Motorhome for Your Needs.” This seminar is designed for visitors to the outdoor exhibits who do not own a motorhome. Topics include: - types of motorhomes;
- fundamentals of the various systems found on motorhomes; and
- advantages — and disadvantages — of owning and operating a motorhome.
Come one, come all If you do not yet own a motorhome, FMCA encourages you to experience the conventions. Walk through the display coaches. Marvel at their amenities. Talk with factory reps. Meet and mingle with motorhome owners. You're likely to be impressed by the magnitude of the event — and intrigued by the freedom and comforts associated with motorhome travel. |
