FMCA members will receive a $10 gift card or a $25 gift card when they sign up for a new Sam's Club membership or renew an existing membership during promotionary periods. The most recent Sam's Club Membership Certificate promotion is valid through Aug. 31, 2012.

To receive your gift card, bring the Sam's Club Membership Certificate, along with your FMCA membership card, to the Member Services Desk of your local Sam's Club. Upon payment of the Advantage or Plus membership fee, you will receive a Sam's Club Gift Card.
