Winnebago touts new floor plan for Sightseer

2012 Winnebago Sightseer 30A Class A motorhomeWinnebago Industries has unveiled a 31-foot floor plan in its 2012 Winnebago Sightseer type A motorhome line.

“… you won’t believe the amount of space and features found in this gas-powered Class A coach,” said Roger Martin, Winnebago vice president of sales and marketing. “The 30A certainly lives much larger than its 31-foot length -- seeing is believing, in this case.”

The Sightseer 30A has two slideouts and a sectional U-shaped dinette that extends to increase seating from two to six.

According to a Winnebago press release, the Sightseer has style and function found in larger, more expensive coaches. Interior features include:

  • a 42-inch LCD TV,
  • a Corian counter and backsplash,
  • MCD roller shades,
  • swiveling Ultraleather cab seats,
  • a fully equipped in-line galley with two pantries,
  • an enclosed bathroom, and
  • a rear bedroom with a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a walk-around queen-size bed.

The Winnebago Sightseer comes in three other floor plans for 2012:

  • The triple-slideout 33C offers a large driver’s side slideout that expands the entire galley and dinette, and an optional buffet-dining table module with a 42-inch LCD TV.
  • The family-oriented 35J features bunk beds and sleeping space for up to seven.
  • The double-slideout 36V includes Winnebago’s extendible sectional sofa and a mid-coach 42-inch TV.
