Converter Box Coupon Program update

Since the TV Converter Box Coupon Program began Jan. 1, 2008, more than 19 million coupons have been mailed to U.S. households who want to continue to watch television on their analog-only sets after the Feb. 18, 2009, digital transition. Applications from motorhome owners who use private mailboxes (PMBs) to receive mail will not be accepted.

Man sentenced for consignment fraud

An Ontario, Canada, RV dealer stole more than $2 million from customers who left their motorhomes and trailers to be sold on consignment at his dealership. Donald Earle, 58, would turn around and sell the unit, keep the money, and never tell the new buyers that a lean still existed.
