This moist quick bread is easy to make and just delicious when warmed and topped with a pat of butter. You can leave out the raisins and nuts, if you like. The small loaves are the perfect size to share with friends, and the zucchini bread freezes well, too.

This wonderfully rich tasting poppy seed bread is a great dessert. I make the mini loaves and it can be frozen for up to a month.
