General information
State laws, local ordinances and even
neighborhood restrictions can affect whether you are able to park and
use your motorhome at your residence.
When addressing parking and other motorhome rights
issues, research should be an integral part of the process. Action
without research is a surefire way to get shot down by the
powers-that-be. Learning at least the basic information will help
you to take advantage of the various involvement opportunities.
Research resources include libraries, newspapers and magazines; getting on mailing
lists; ordering/reviewing government documents; and of course, using the Internet.
While seeking
information, you will likely develop
contacts, new ideas and creative tactics and strategies.
