The Magic Mile

Start your morning with some good old-fashioned exercise and camaraderie! Join fellow FMCA members for The Magic Mile, a 1-mile course that will take you through the fairgrounds, giving you a chance to see the different areas of the convention. Participants are welcome to walk, run, or ride mobility scooters. You can even bring your furry four-legged friends! The best part about The Magic Mile? It's for a good cause! All of the proceeds raised from registration fees will be donated directly to a charity in the local area. Check back here to sign up for The Magic Mile.

For many attendees, the primary reason they come to FMCA conventions is the learning opportunities available through the seminar program. Where else can you find so much information available in one place? Throughout the four-day event, industry experts, manufacturer representatives, and service providers convey the latest information about RVs and the traveling lifestyle.

Join the FMCA Supersized Book Club!

FMCA is hosting its fifth Supersized Book Club during the Sunsets + Saguaros convention. Attendees are invited to read A Different Dawn by Isabella Maldonado. Isabella will be in Tucson to discuss the book, answer questions, and sign copies on March 25th, 2:00 p.m., Seminar 3. Sign Up Here

Award-winning author Isabella Maldonado wore a gun and badge in real life before turning to crime writing. The first Latina to attain the rank of captain in her police department, she retired as the Commander of Special Investigations and Forensics. During more than two decades on the force, her assignments included hostage negotiator, department spokesperson, and precinct commander. Selected to attend the FBI National Academy in Quantico, she uses her law enforcement background to bring a realistic edge to her writing. She lives in the Phoenix area where her uniform now consists of tank tops and yoga pants. Instead of bad guys, she chases around her young son when she’s not handcuffed to her computer. THE CIPHER, the first book in her series featuring FBI Special Agent Nina Guerrera, is currently in development with Netflix starring Jennifer Lopez. The second in the series, A DIFFERENT DAWN, is available now and the third, THE FALCON, will be released in June 2022.
