There is a one-time rental fee of $39.99 for the mobile hotspot device. Access to this benefit is included in your FMCA Tech Connect+ benefit, package-priced at just $49.99 per month.

A: The Sprint Mobile Hotspot plan is a truly unlimited data plan with no data cap. Sprint holds the right to network manage at any point. This can happen in congested areas.
A: The credit card that you use to enroll in the FMCA Tech Connect+ member benefit package, which includes use of a Sprint MiFi device provided and managed by FMCA, will be billed on a monthly basis at the rate of $49.99.
A: This is a month-to-month plan: you are free to cancel this plan at any time.
A: There is a one device limit per Member #.
A: You are unable to suspend this service at any time and not be charged for access to FMCA Tech Connect+.
A: The mobile hotspot is issued to you on a rental basis and must be returned to FMCA when you choose to cancel access to the plan.

The device must be received within 15 days of the cancellation date. If the device is not received within 15 days of the cancellation date, the member will be charged a $200 fee to cover administrative costs.
The member must always pay the shipping costs to return the device.
A: No, this is a stand-alone plan offer by FMCA. You cannot contact Sprint to take advantage of this offer.
A: Your device will have a phone number which you will need for support. You will contact Sprint with this phone number and your issue. Please follow the steps below.

A: There is a one year manufacturer's warranty on the device. Please contact FMCA to get the process started for you.
A: Internet access is good for use in the U.S. only.
A: You will receive 2-day shipping on your device at no charge. Your device can be shipped to a mail forwarding address but you will need to take into consideration the time it takes for your Mail Forwarding Provider to ship the device to you. Depending on your arrangement with your Mail Forwarding Provider, you may incur shipping charges.Note: We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
A: Effective November 15, 2017, the pricing for this benefit package will not change for two years.
